In depth

Verdict

Plenty with form on the Fibresand including SAMTU, who recorded an easy success over track and trip on his penultimate start and gets the nod on that form. Good Time Ahead has also won over course and distance but remains 8lb higher than his latest success while Jabbaar scored over 1m4f here last month. Tatting is a prolific course winner but has been off the track since May and both of Shine Baby Shine’s course wins came over 2m. Caged Lightning was placed over 2m2f here last week while Great Return is penalised for a recent success at Wolverhampton and debuts on this surface.
