Verdict

Hello Bertie sets a decent standard on his third at Perth last month, where he kept on well in the closing stages. But it’s surely worth giving another chance to WHOSHOTWHO as he almost certainly didn’t give his true running at Warwick in March when returning from a 13-month absence - an earlier third at Kempton reads well in a race like this. Leodis is a likely improver and Richard Johnson rides while Fairmount is a brother to a winning stayer and a half-brother to two other winners so is a newcomer to note.
