The four for the shortlist here look to be Burning Incense, Rainbow Bay, Spiritual Peace and Bel Cantor and we take Spiritual Peace to come out on top. The selection comes from an in-form yard and has sohwn jst about the best form on offer here in his first two starts, both over this six furlong trip. Last time out in September the step up to 7f didn't suit him so well, and he is taken to make a winning return now dropped back again. Burning Incense has claims judged on what we have seen of him so far. Roger Charlton's colt looked to have strenghtened up when last seen over an inadequate five furlongs and he should strip fitter now. Rainbow Bay probably would want faster ground to be seen to best effect, but has the credentials to make his presence felt, while Bel Cantor looks tripless and has already had plenty of chances to break his duck, so a win would not be out of turn. However, Spiritual Peace has ticks in most of the right boxes and is our suggestion here.
