Verdict

Elusive Hawk couldn't cope with an 8lb hike in the weights for his earlier win at Kempton when beaten at Lingfield on Monday and a 5lb rise proved beyond Spitfire last time having won over track and trip before that. Rio Cobolo and Ace Master arrive on back of wins over 7f and Desert Strike is better on the Polytrack while Baldemar plummeted down the weights last year and has a bit to prove on his comeback. Therefore, another chance goes to GEORGE FENTON who was narrowly beaten over course and distance last month and looks capable of going one better off only a slightly higher mark in this company.
