Verdict

Previous winners Ferrobin and ONTHEFRONTFOOT are giving plenty of weight their rivals but both should still be involved in the finish. The former was only headed on the run-in last time at Warwick and he had Armandihan, who had beaten Ashington easily earlier at Sedgefield, behind. But the latter was making giant strides in the spring and could be one to follow this term so gets the nod. Ballard Down found only one too good at Southwell in July but the winner has been beaten three times since. Finvarra and Jawshan may need the experience today.
