Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

Duke Of Lucca was a smart chaser when with Philip Hobbs and won for the first time for new connections at Kempton in April. He is the class act but has to shoulder a welter burden and Warwick runner-up Mr Satco also has his fair share of weight. CURRAIGFLEMENS gave weight and a beating to Swallowshide at Fontwell last month. Recent rain is very much in his favour and, though he’s a hard ride, the nine-year-old can confirm running with the runner-up and score again. Sam Cavallaro was placed at this meeting last year and is adaptable as to trip but has become a little disappointing.
