In depth

Verdict

Canadian Diamond has been knocking on the door but has little in hand on Right Step on their run together over course and distance last time behind Leviathan. Red Seventy was always holding Dragon's Den at Wincanton at the start of the month and should be a factor, despite a 7lb higher mark, while Grams And Ounces is very well treated nowadays and worth monitoring for market support. Gifted Leader is a course and distance winner and will have needed his run in a bumper last month but this looks a big chance for VULCANITE. Very useful on his day, he's been competing at a much higher level and is now 5lb lower than when last successful over hurdles in 2012. Get Back In Line still has scope and could also figure if coping with the sharp track.
