Having finished second on her racecourse debut, THE PIRATE'S QUEEN was plunged in at the deep end in a Listed race at Aintree next time. She finished a respectable fifth, however, and the fact that she was sent off favourite suggests she's quite well-regarded. This looks a good chance for her to get off the mark with Welcometothejungle probably the biggest danger on her debut third at Wincanton.
