Verdict

BAGS GROOVE won over track and trip before finding life tough in Listed company at Huntingdon last month. But he has plenty to spare with Capeland on these terms and should go close. The latter was successful at Newton Abbot in October but was well beaten in a handicap last time. Paul Nicholls’ charge should have the measure of the remainder including Molineaux and The Mighty Ash, who both finished runner-up on their respective latest outings without threatening the winner.
