Countdown gets the vote here with Plateau and Bold Marc put forward as the main dangers. The selection finished second over this course and distance last time behind Desert Commander and that is decent form as he overcame a poor draw to finish narrowly ahead of Bold Marc. He has a much better draw today so should confirm the placings with Bold Marc who was staying-on powerfully at the finish. That was also a good effort and from a good draw again today he is taken to make the frame. Plateau put up a cracking effort last time behind Zowington but he has a poor draw today and for that reason we will take him on. Aegean Dancer has been in good form of late but he is another with a poor draw today and for the winner we will stick with Countdown who is taken to lead them home.
