Verdict

ENCHANTED GARDEN looked an improved performer when scoring easily at Newcastle and, as the runner-up has scored subsequently, a 6lb rise looks manageable. Zarosa is a progressive filly who just failed to defy a 5lb rise for her Newcastle success at Nottingham last month. She looks certain to go close with her regular rider claiming 7lb while La Bacouetteuse ran well enough over this trip at Catterick to get competitive. Beat The Shower is the only course and distance winner in the line-up and was running from a 17lb higher mark at this time a year ago.
