Verdict

Plenty with claims in an open race. Solar View makes a quick reappearance having won at Catterick on Wednesday but this is tougher. Bollin Felix also carries a penalty for his recent victory at Newcastle but scored by over three lengths and should figure once again. Sohcahtoa was winning for the first time since 2008 when scoring at Musselburgh last time but Byron Blue and Hawkeshead make more appeal on their recent placed efforts. Ampleforth was well beaten by L FRANK BAUM at Ffos Las earlier this month and the latter can go in again here with an apprentice negating a 5lb rise.
