SIR CARNO is only five but looks a decent staying handicapper judged on his victory over 2m4f on heavy going at Punchestown. He may have been fortunate as a close rival fell at the last but it was an improved effort and the longer trip should be in his favour. Nerual is still a maiden after 14 starts but couldn't have gone much closer when tackling 2m6f at Punchestown and Liz Doyle tries her in blinkers. Nick Lost has shown potential in maidens and makes his handicap debut though is up against some in-form rivals including Naturally Blond, whose latest narrow defeat came over fences on this track.
