In depth

Verdict

Lethal Weapon was chasing in the autumn but it doesn't appear to have done him any harm as he's reverted to the Flat in cracking form though he may find the ground on the lively side. He had Jacksonslady just in front of him at Navan a month ago but can reverse the form as that was his first start since October and he's scored at Roscommon subsequently. Buccaneer Bob is very consistent on Polytrack but ran poorly over hurdles at Cork a couple of weeks ago so the vote goes to SOUTH SOUTH WEST, who didn't enjoy the heavy ground here last time after a very good run at Gowran. Teajaybe is best over further and Beyond Berlin has a long absence to overcome.
