Fast ground and a huge field of handicappers ridden by claiming jockeys doesn't suggest an ideal betting opportunity but there is plenty of dead wood and it may be best to stick with in-form entries. DEFINITE KNOCKOFF is certainly amongst those after an impressive victory over this trip at Bellewstown and he'll be difficult to beat under the excellent Conor Maxwell. Dick Dundee has been alternating between hurdles and fences and hasn't had much experience but there was plenty to like about his narrow defeat by Not For Turning at Listowel and he should go close. Ellaway Rose has been going well in maidens and isn't harshly treated for her handicap debut while Tramore winner John The Soldier was still there and going well when unshipping his rider at Bellewstown.
