Verdict

Sir Vincent is making his chasing debut at an advanced age but wouldn't have been kept by the champion trainer unless thought capable of performing with credit. The Way We Were hasn't done as well as expected over fences but there's still time and the quicker ground could bring out the best in him. SIZING SYMPHONY has a long absence to overcome having failed to reappear since well beaten in a Grade 2 novice hurdle behind Fingal Bay at Sandown in 2011. He'd earlier completed a hat-trick on fast ground at Cheltenham and looks an ideal type for chasing so gets the nod. Shake The Bucket did well on his second start over fences at Wexford and has since had a run on the Flat.
