Numitas will be a warm order here and gets the call. Nutcracker Lad and Brooklyn Brownie look set to fight out the placings. Having won well on his debut at Newbury the selection then went on to run with credit in a Grade 2 event at Aintree. He even ran well in the Chester Cup on the Flat in May and, quite simply, looks to have too much about him for the opposition. Nutcracker Lad has at least won a race, albeit a seller at Huntingdon, while Brooklyn Brownie looked to be going the right way when third to Mister Moussac at Hexham last time but they really will have to have the fates on their side to trouble the selection, Numitas.
