Verdict

With the bottom three all at least 7lb out of the handicap, it's probably safe to concentrate on the others. NOTABOTHERONME won on soft ground at Ffos Las and Towcester last season and also has a victory on heavy going to his name. He hasn't raced since May and is 4lb higher now but should still take all the beating. Salut Honore is a lot better than he showed when pulled up at Southwell in May and looks the danger to the selection as Ban Uisce is still a maiden over fences and has shown little sign that he's about to change that in the near future. Kilcascan was only beaten a nose at Bangor two runs ago but tailed off over C&D last time and appears to have two ways of running.
