    Verdict

Genstone Trail was only beaten a neck over 2m4f at Taunton in February and should find a small race this season but has a big weight to carry on her return. Well Mett's form tailed off in the spring but Easter Lad must be worth a second look having finished second to the well-treated Jewellery at Newton Abbot earlier this month, though he's 6lb higher now. ON ALERT hasn't shown a great deal over hurdles so far but was fourth over 2m1f on the Flat at Bath last week and has a lot more scope than the majority of these. Seamus Durack's gelding gets a tentative vote in a race that won't take much winning.
