Mister Wiseman is selected to open his account over hurdles at the main expense of Rare Gold, Ceopark and Ballykelly while Barati is one that could go well at the price on this quick surface. The selection was disappointing last time but ran with some promise at Chepstow on his penultimate start, the second having come out after and availed of what was a lenient mark. The lightly raced Rare Gold returns to hurdling after some indifferent jumping over larger obstacles and has to be respected as he could be well handicapped while a market check is advised where Ceopark is concerned as he hails from the David Wintle yard. The trip would be a concern where Barati is concerned. He was formerly a classy performer for Michael O'Brien in Ireland but has lost his way of late. Mister Wiseman gets the vote in what is a competitive handicap hurdle.
