In depth

Verdict

Laughing Jack is the highest rated of these on the Flat, though Stentorian stayed the 2m when fourth at Newmarket in October and they should both figure on their hurdling debuts. However, CAPTAIN LOUI has experience on his side as he's been placed in both starts over timber including a second over C&D on his hurdling bow. He gets the vote given Songsmith has shown little so far over jumps, with Princesse Fleur and Bussa possibly the best of the remainder.
