Verdict

EL MONDO hasn't raced for over two years but won both starts over hurdles in France and won't have to be anything special to score on his chasing debut for powerful connections. George Nympton is the only one of these with experience over fences and he didn't shape too badly when a well-beaten second at Exeter. He makes more appeal than modest hurdlers Tom O'Tara and Lady Willa, while Henry's Hero has shown nothing so far in bumpers or on the Flat.
