Richard Guest has a strong hand in division one with Applaude and Crocodile Bay holds an obvious chance in this line-up as does Fitz but ready preference is for ORANGELEG. Like his stablemate, Crocodile Bay ran on well to win at Hamilton last time and remains very feasibly treated but it was just a modest contest that he picked up last time and he may be worth opposing as a result. Fitz's sole success came on turf but he has shaped as though a race of this nature should be within his grasp on a couple of occasions and a new set of headgear may enable him to realise that. Croeso Cusan travelled well for a long way at Yarmouth until her stamina gave out and looks sure to make a bold bid for top honours as she drops in trip but preference is for Orangeleg who has done his winning over seven so far but looked in need of this trip when a gambled on third last time and he's taken to recoup the losses incurred.
