Verdict

Bumper winner EMMAS JOY returned to action with a placed effort at Uttoxeter on last month’s hurdling debut. That’s the best piece of form on offer in a weak contest and Dan Skelton’s mare should go close. She’s preferred to stablemate and newcomer Lemon Shoulder. It would be no surprise to see a better effort from Captain Woodie with a recent reappearance under his belt while Dash Of Blue and Bran make most appeal on form in bumpers. Getaman has won a couple of point-to-points and debuts under Rules.
