Verdict

Creepy has a touch of class and would make a bold bid to give away the weight if fully wound-up. Alwaystheoptimist makes a quick reappearance having finished third over hurdles at Plumpton on Sunday and isn't without a chance. Mont Royale and Town Mouse are usually thereabouts, though the latter might benefit from a drop back to 2m. GONE TOO FAR was flattered by his margin of victory at Uttoxeter in June and then well beaten when a hot favourite at Newton Abbot. But he looked unhappy on the tacky going that day and is probably better than that. He gets the nod ahead of Fond Memory, who would have preferred an easier surface
