Verdict

Point-to-point and hurdles winner Croghill Tuppence was third on his chasing bow at Kilbeggan and has to go on the short-list in this but Magnetic Force has yet to place in four previous tries over the larger obstacles. The Mooch has won a bumper and a maiden hurdle and will have been well schooled while Eoin Griffin's mare Pollywollydoodle had decent form over timber. Clondaw Dude should do better now tackling fences but the versatile SHAKE THE BUCKET might be the one to beat. He arrives fit from a campaign on the all-weather and can go one than in this race 12 months ago when only headed close home.
