Verdict

PLEIN POUVOIR's future may well lie over this sort of trip as he appeared to get outpaced back over 2m4f at Chepstow last time. Runner-up to Inside Dealer over today's C&D earlier, Venetia Williams' charge can get back on the winning trail today in a race that probably isn't that competitive. Goring One has a similar profile to the selection and was second over 3m1f at Folkestone last month while Frontier Dancer is well enough handicapped if fully wound-up and makes more appeal than Nenuphar Collonges, pulled up at Haydock after a break, and veteran bottom weight Massini Sunset.
