Verdict

It could be a profitable day for Paul Nicholls' followers and WORKBENCH can get Ditcheat off to a winning start as his second to Pendra at Plumpton represents decent novice form. Two of Best Boy Barney's three runs have been over 2m4f but he did get within five lengths of the useful Chatterbox over 2m at Newbury in December and Minella Definitely won at Kempton before finding Grade 2 company too hot to handle at Warwick. He will be more at home here. The others would all have to improve significantly on what they've shown so far to figure.
