In depth

Verdict

It's too tight to call between recent C&D winner Swiss Art and runner-up Nothing Is Forever given less than a length separated them at the line. It was only a seller that Freddy's Star won at Huntingdon last time and he's facing higher rated rivals today while Gud Day's recent second also came in plating company. Don't Panic and Amuse Me never figured on their latest starts having won before that so a chance is taken on SMALIB MONTERG. He was only beaten a length on his return to action at Ludlow recently and a repeat of his best form in Ireland last year should see him go very close for new connections.
