Verdict

VALCARTIER made a winning reappearance over a mile at Nottingham and pedigree suggests this extra distance will suit. Hajaj ran well for second in this grade at Sandown last time but Mister Blue Sky has something to prove over today’s trip on his latest start at Epsom. Last year’s winning debutant Kitten's Johnstown was a big disappointment on his comeback while War At Sea finished last on his handicap debut and Count Calabash has yet to hit form this season.
