In depth

Verdict

Rocky Reef is 11lb higher on his reappearance having won easily at Doncaster in October and the returning Authoritarian makes more appeal after scoring over track and trip in the same month. Mean It has lots of scope on his handicap bow while Boots And Spurs and Snow Trooper went close on their recent comebacks. Ree's Rascal, Greyfriarschorista and ATLANTIS CROSSING all arrive on the back of wins on the Polytrack. The latter's defeat of Brave Echo at Kempton looks the strongest form and Jim Boyle's charge gets the nod as he can race off a 12lb lower mark back on Turf.
