In depth

Verdict

Magic J drops back down to 5f having returned a losing favourite at Newmarket and is less exposed than Just Glamorous. The latter beat Tabaahy when scoring over today’s trip at Lingfield but is upped in class and Savalas is preferred looking to end a long losing run after going close at Doncaster and also making more appeal than stablemate Jumira Bridge. THE DALEY EXPRESS never figured in a tougher sprint at Haydock on his reappearance but can race off the same mark as when successful over track and trip last year and it’s Ron Harris’ charge that gets the vote.
