Verdict

PLEASANT SURPRISE caught the eye staying on for third over 1m2f at Beverley on last month’s debut. This longer trip should suit on that evidence and she gets the vote to open her account given today’s modest opposition. Doreen, Asmahan and the rest with experience have shown little so far with the latter pair likely improvers so it would be no surprise if Breton Belle, a half-sister to the useful Treat among others, gets involved on her racecourse debut.
