Ziet d'Alsace had to drop to a seller to resume winning ways and may find this tougher so preference is for Accendere, who gets the vote over Edin Burgher. The last mentioned is less exposed than any of these after just two starts but it is impossible to know how well treated he is and Accendere looks to be a safer bet. Ralph Beckett's gelding has been running over further of late but his best form is over today's trip and as the son of Machiavellian is lightly raced on the surface there may be more to come. Iced Diamond is gradually dropping to a fair mark but is a far from certain stayer over this trip, while Oases has been running in banded races and faces no easy task despite receiving weight all round. A market move for the Stuart Williams-trained Binaa would be of interest but Accendere has plenty going for him and he gets the vote.
