Not the worst selling contest that you are likely to see and it is Carolina Blini who gets the vote ahead of Bahamarama and Diademas. The selection is dropped in grade today having run some decent races in various maidens earlier this season. Effective on the poly-track, Brian Meehan's charge looks sure to run well now dropped to this class and with Jamie Spencer in the saddle, he can reward those who take the plunge. Liani and Golden Dane are linked by their runs behind Speedy Senorita last time out; off the same terms however there are no apparent reasons for supposing that Liani can turn the tables. Bahamarama is a course and distance winner and having won when last dropped to his grade, he must be feared although a wide draw will make life tougher. Diademas hasn't been in the best of form of late, and whilst this inconsistent sort has solid claims on the pick of his form, he can not be put forward with any confidence. Tenjack Queen has let down backers when dropped to this grade previously so is passed over, along with Maybe I Wont who is dropped in grade but ultimately yet to win in 11 starts. A tough race, and the betting will help, however it is Carolina Blini who receives the nomination.
