Verdict

STARBOTTON carries a penalty for last week's win at Kempton. But that shouldn't prove too much of an imposition given she won with plenty in hand having tumbled down the weights recently. James Bethell's filly is preferred to a similar type in Vale Of Clara, another who slid down the handicap last year and finally showed some improvement for it when second over track and trip last time. Fleetwoodsands has plenty to find with the selection but Huzzah and Ghost Of A Girl have a shout on the evidence of recent placed efforts.
