Verdict

Inchcoonan was just touched off in a claimer last time and can gain compensation here at the expense of Foolish Thought and Legalis. Karl Burke's mare was given a patient ride when going down by a neck to Lord Melbourne her last week, if the same tactics are employed here today she will take all the beating. Foolish Thought comes here in good heart following last months victory over Bells Beach and another bold showing is expected. However a bigger threat to the selection could be Legalis who takes a step down in grade after finishing an excellent third behind Aquila Loco in a class F handicap last time. Of the rest Silver Mascot is a consistent sort and won't be far away, however Inchcoonan is starting to enjoy racing here at Wolverhampton and can gain a deserved success.
