In depth

Verdict

MUSH MIR proved suited to the step up in distance when winning at Lingfield on Monday. Eased down in the closing stages over today's trip, he could have won by more than the official margin of five lengths and Jim Boyle's charge will take all the beating here. Bring Sweets won over hurdles in October and could prove best of the remainder on his return to the level, while Valantino Oyster went close over 1m6f here on his latest start after a couple of spins over timber.
