    Verdict

Not the worst seller to have been run here and Goldmadchen will have his supporters as he's lightly-raced on the Flat and will have Jamie Spencer doing the steering. His recent form over hurdles leaves much to be desired, however, and we prefer CHOOKIE HAMILTON who has won seven times on the all-weather, including two over this C&D, and appeared to be running into form when third in a Catterick claimer earlier this month. Locum was beaten less than a length in a handicap at Yarmouth last month but, like Jordaura and Spartan King, isn't favoured by the weights.
