      Verdict

Hat-trick hero Carter just failed to defy a 13lb rise in the weights last week. He's facing a tougher task here and so is Jezza, who was beaten by the narrowest of margins last time after winning three times at the end of last year. It would be no surprise to see either of that pair return to winning ways but DUBARA REEF is preferred. He won five times last year, with four of those wins coming over today's trip, and Paul Green's charge is taken to make a winning reappearance. Parhelion and Ethics Girl make most appeal of the remainder.
