Laydee Victoria was well beaten at Newcastle before posting better efforts on the Fibresand at Southwell including a victory over 6f last time. She has something to prove back on this surface but RAY PURCHASE had finished a close-up third over track and trip before winning easily at Southwell and the switch back to Tapeta should not be a problem for Keith Dalgleish’s charge. The remainder inspire little confidence with Shyjack making the most appeal of the handicap debutants ahead of River Rule and Hocus Focus.
