In depth

Verdict

William Van Gogh's recent return to the Turf was a disaster and he's 11lb higher than when scoring here in March. Multiple course winner John Potts is proving hard to win with nowadays while Peter's Friend recorded his latest third on the Fibresand at Southwell. Mafi, Tenessee and Jumbo Prado are all capable of making the frame but EDGWARE ROAD looks the one most likely to run his race. He won at Kempton before going close at Newbury last time and a similar effort should be enough to land this.
