SCAMPERDALE loves it here and he can get his head in front at the main expense of Gallantry and Plush. The selection has recorded seven of his eight career wins at this track and he was only beaten a nose by New Star here last time. The yard are in good form and this looks a golden opportunity for him to resume winning ways. Plush is a course and distance winner and Tom Dascombe's yard are in sparkling form and he should certainly be capable of giving the selection a race. Gallantry won well last time over 7f and he remains on a fair mark. This step up in trip will not hinder him and he is certainly worth considering. Leonaldo has the best of the draw and this French import caught the eye on his British debut at Lingfield last time. He was returning from a break that day so there should be more to come and he is worth noting in the market. A fascinating contest and the vote is given to Scamperdale.
