In depth

Verdict

TWO NO BIDS has been in fine form in lesser company and won twice in a week over today's distance including a victory over track and trip. He's up another 5lb today but is dropped in class and a hat-trick looks on the cards. Barbados Bob and George Fenton have a bit to find with the selection on running at this venue but the latter has beaten Strong Man and Hellbender here earlier in the month, while Miss Avonbridge can race off the same mark as when second over track and trip last time. She's preferred to Powerful Pierre, who now looks in the handicapper's grip after rattling up a hat-trick recently.
