Verdict

Cannon Fire stands every chance of adding to the tally that has seen him score in two of three races already this month as he runs off a favourable mark, but TON-CHEE could get a second win of the year with Wizard Of Odds also worth monitoring in the betting. The pick was only a length and a half behind Wheelavit last time and prior to this had won a good race at Wetherby. With a similar effort here this could be enough to see off the opposition. Wizard Of Odds may again end up in the placings but probably won't have enough to grab the victory. Cannon Fire looks to be the main danger to our pick and merits respect despite falling at Fontwell last time out. He was looking for a hat-trick that day and runs here with a weight that saw him win at this course and distance three races ago. It is worth monitoring the betting here as there are plenty of potential winners in the field. Cannon Fire remains firmly in calculations but we take a risk with Ton-Chee.
