DROVERS LANE won a better race than this at Uttoxeter at the start if the month. The drop back in distance wouldn’t be ideal but he should have the class to defy his penalty. Cora Sundrop may do better now switching to hurdles and Winter Spice won on the Flat but hasn’t raced since March of last year. The others have shown little in the way of ability so far.
