Verdict

Winning form is in seriously short supply here so it could be worth a speculative punt about WHAT KATIE DID with Zelos Spirit and Cardinal others to be of interest. Milton Bradley's charge has become somewhat frustrating to follow but he handles fast ground with few concerns and in fairness to him, the handicapper does seem to be offering him a winning opportunity off a mark of 56 having previously had him rated at 70 as recently as April. If the gaps appear at the right time, he has the ability to take them. Zelos Spirit ran a reasonable enough race in maiden company at Catterick although the presence of a 69 rated horse followed by a 39 rated individual has probably given the handicapper a headache in terms of coming to a rating. If he has been lenient, the market will bellow loudly. Cardinal is sure to be popular with Frankie Dettori on board. The five-year-old entire owes his supporters a favour having failed to land a gamble at Lingfield. Always Dazzling is in receipt of the weight-for-age allowance though has struggled to land much of a blow this season. Nativity is sure to be thereabouts though seems vulnerable to anything with finishing speed. Sirjosh has had a recent run over hurdles and would come into the equation if we get a true run race. It is hard to recommend too much with bold confidence at this grade but on his best form, What Katie Did is some way better than the majority of his rivals.
