        Verdict

        Sunday City can gain an overdue victory here from Little Eye and Love Angel. Richard Fahey's four-year-old has come up against Idealistic on his last two outings, the last run coming over the mile and half trip here. He goes well for an inexperienced rider and looks set to go close in this modest affair. Little Eye has to shoulder top-weight here this afternoon, but has put in a couple of very good efforts recently, including a victory at Goodwood over Desert Island Disc. A repeat of that run should enable him to collect some prize money. Love Angel is not the most consistent of performers but obviously has ability and could give each-way supporters a run for their money. Rust En Vrede will improve for his debut run and may prove best of the others, however Sunday City looks a winner waiting to happen and today could be the day.
