Verdict

CHAPELLI showed excellent early speed to get to the front from a wide draw at Catterick and then held on well in the closing stages. She probably has more scope than Mick Channon’s colt Big Boots, who has already had four runs but has only finished out of the first two once. Slowmo is a £48,000 son of Kodiac but his pedigree suggests he may need further. Baldwin is a 65,000gns half-brother to a 5f winner while Ventura Ocean changed hands form 85,000gns only last month so will be expected to win races.
