Dandy Nicholls has four entries here and though Kimberella finished just in front of Barnet Fair at Thirsk a week ago the latter was having his first start since October and can turn the tables. SHORE STEP has done most of his running and winning over an extra furlong but he has the pace for this and was only headed in the closing stages on his reappearance at Ascot. He's given the nod in a tricky sprint in which Doctor Sardonicus can play a big role after a very good run on his return to action here last week. Patrick looks as though he'll be winning a decent handicap before too long while Bondi Beach Boy's victory over Pea Shooter at Thirsk was boosted when the runner-up scored at Wetherby three days later.
